Cold Storage Project for Meat Freezing
Client Background: The client primarily engages in the production and processing of meat, focusing on beef, chicken, and meat products. This rapid freezing cold storage facility is designed to address the need for quick freezing of meat products during production operations. The freezing capacity is 20 tons at a time, with incoming product temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius. The cold storage operates at -35 degrees Celsius, and the freezing time is 20 hours before shipment.
The equipment used includes a low-temperature screw compressor unit with a differential pressure freezing refrigeration method. The refrigeration system utilizes R507A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The dimensions of the cold storage are 12 * 6 * 4 meters, and the insulation panels are 150mm thick PIR. All equipment has been provided and completed by our company. The system has been in operation for one year, and the freezing results have been excellent.
