49,500m³ Food Cold Storage Solution & Construction Project

During the first stage, we constructed a massive19,500m³ automated state temperature cold storage room. For the second stage, we built an additional 12,500 m³ cold storage with a temperature range of 0~5℃ and humidity less than 50% to store nuts, dried fruits, and more. We also added a new 8,750 m³ cold room with an isolated humidity system that cools down in less than 3 hours, ensuring an even temperature throughout.

Our construction used top-of-the-line materials, including 100mm B1 thermal insulation and fire protection panels and XPS extruded board flooring for exceptional thermal protection. We installed an isolated refrigeration system and control system, complete with a Panasonic, SANYO, and Danfoss valve refrigeration system and a CABERO high-efficiency air cooler. Additionally, a humidity controller was incorporated into the system to ensure precise control of moisture levels for optimal food preservation.
