Food cold storage construction must be carefully designed in order to guarantee the safety of the food stored within. We construct our food cold storage systems with excellent reliability to meet all of the needs of our clients.

We equipped this cold storage project with the latest Hanbell screw parallel unit and Hanbell compressor with freon, allowing us to reduce energy consumption while enhancing heat exchange efficiency. By adopting our innovative designs, we’ve ensured that this project provides optimal performance while minimizing operating costs.

Our cold storage features state-of-the-art components, including an expansion valve for liquid supply, PLC automatic temperature control, air-cooled method, and manual single-opening & CA sliding doors. All components have been assembled and tested according to strict factory standards, ensuring easy installation and maintenance for years to come.

Our cold storage panel features 100mm polyurethane, with the density of 40±2kg/m³, and double-sided 0.426 color steel, ensuring maximum air-tightness. Additionally, we’ve utilized “three glues and two cloths” to ensure that the airtight layer is highly efficient in maintaining the perfect gas tightness. The project includes a pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator and deoxidizer, high-efficiency screw air compressor, nitrogen gas storage tank, carbon dioxide remover, cycle detection and control system, ensuring that your products are stored under optimal conditions.
